Goal Line Comparison
Over/Under Goals predictions — all goal lines, free every matchday.
Over/Under Goals is a football betting market based on whether the total number of goals in a match exceeds (Over) or falls short of (Under) a fixed line. The most popular lines are 0.5, 1.5, 2.5 and 3.5. 100Tip publishes free Over/Under predictions across all four lines every matchday — 21 picks per line per day across Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1 and Champions League fixtures.
Which Over/Under line is most popular?
Over/Under 2.5 Goals is the most popular goal line in football betting and the one with the deepest market — bookmakers offer the tightest margins and most competitive odds on the 2.5 line because it attracts the most volume. Over 2.5 lands in approximately 53% of European top-flight matches, meaning it's close to a coin-flip in terms of frequency, which creates genuine value opportunities when the model identifies fixtures that clearly sit on one side of that distribution. Over 1.5 is the second most popular line — it lands in roughly 72% of matches and is commonly used as a safer acca leg in attacking fixtures.
Over 0.5 vs Over 1.5 vs Over 2.5 — when to use each
Use Over 0.5 when you need the highest-probability goal bet — at odds of approximately 1.10–1.18, it's used almost exclusively as an acca leg where you need near-certainty rather than value. Over 1.5 offers better odds value (typically 1.28–1.45) and is a strong acca anchor for attacking fixtures. Over 2.5 is the best standalone bet when you have a strong read on a high-scoring game — the 1.65–1.90 odds provide genuine value when the model identifies a 65%+ probability. Over 3.5 is the highest-risk line and is best reserved for the most attacking fixtures — Bundesliga matches, cup games with both sides needing to score, and fixtures with a history of high goal counts.
